Interior Bonding
Vehicle Roof Fabric Compound
The bonding of the PU and glass fiber non-woven fabric-reinforced board, fabric / PU foam material, real leather, suede imitation leather / PU foam material. The surface of the skeleton base layer is sprayed with the adhesive, on which the composite fabric is thermally pressed.
Frame Bonding
The pre-embedding / support bonding of the skylight frame generally adopts the hot-pressing compound, and the fabric flanging is generally brushed / sprayed, and then (heat) pressure compounded.
Console In The Instrument / Door Slab
The skeleton is generally made of ABS, PC, PP and PP with glass fibers, and the surface is generally made of PVC / PVC foam, PVC / PP foam, TPO / PP foam, PVC / fabric, PU / fabric, PU / PU foam and leather. It is compounded through female/male mold vacuum molding or manual hot pressing.
Vehicle Seat
It involves the bonding of PU foam, non-woven fabrics, ABS and PP plastic parts, PVC / TPO / PP (PE) foam, PVC / fabrics, steel plates, blankets and other materials. Generally, they are bonded by vacuum suction or manual brushing, hot pressed and compounded.
