Bestry has the capacity of producing raw polyurethane rubber, and also own a rubber compound workshop and several sets of rubber performance testing equipment to that can provide customers with customized raw rubber, rubber compounds and special rubber compounds.
Bestry can design different formulas and processes according to customers’ requirements. We provide them with special rubber compounds with relevant performance specifications. The types of rubber include MPU, NBR, NBR / PVC, EPDM, CR, HNBR, ECO, ACM, AEM, and EVM. Meanwhile, Bestry can also provide technical process services of vulcanization of the relevant products.
Over the years, all types of rubber compounds produced by Bestry have been successfully applied to various products, such as sealants, miscellaneous parts, rubber rollers, tapes, and rubber tubes. Meanwhile, we have accumulated profound experience and technological capability in the fields of high hardness and high elasticity, high strength and low pressure change, rubber skeleton bonding, and molding process performance improvement.
Raw Polyether Polyurethane Rubber and Rubber Compound
With the adoption of the unique polyether structure design, our product has excellent wear resistance and excellent mechanical performance. The first advantage is excellentoil resistance, which is better than that of nitrile rubber. It has excellent aging resistance, air permeability resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, good cushioning and shock absorption performance, good hydrolysis resistance, and low temperature resistance, which are comparable to acrylic rubber (AEM) and chlorohydrin rubber (ECO). The second one is excellent processing performance. Sulfur or peroxide can be selected for the vulcanization system for general rubber machining. Our products are widely applied to various high-performance seals, O-rings, rubber tubes, transmission belts, adhesive tapes, rubber rollers, shock absorbers, high-load gearboxes, shoe soles, antistatic and flame-retardant products and various molded products in mechanical equipment, automotive, textile, shoemaking and other fields.
Bestry's special rubber compound series:
Antistatic series-the volume resistivity can reach as low as 107 Ω.cm, and the surface resistivity can reach as low as 106 Ω. cm.
Flame-retardant series-The flame-retardant effect can be comparable to neoprene.
