Polyurethane Resin Material
The polyurethane resin materials contain isocyanate groups and urethane groups with strong polarity and high chemical activity. It shows strong chemical adhesion to porous materials (e.g., foamed plastic, wood, leather, textiles, paper and ceramics), and materials with the smooth surface (e.g., metal, glass, rubber and plastic), and can be widely applied to adhesive, coating, and sealing product industries. Bestry has years of experience in the R & D and production of polyurethane adhesives, coating fluids and polyurethane products for many years. Our polyurethane polymer products include reactive hot-melt adhesives, one-component liquid adhesives, two-component structural adhesives and other product series.
Polyurethane Reactive Hot-Melt Material
Bestry's polyurethane reactive hot-melt adhesive series are specially designed for industrial assembly and mobile phone assembly. Bestry's products are designed with a series of performance features, including high initial adhesion, rapid curing, impact resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance and high temperature resistance. Therefore, they are suitable for various application fields, such as durable product assembly, touch panel bonding, mobile phone component bonding, etc.
• One component. The adhesive with excellent application performance can be desigened for the automatic heating dispensing system, roller coating, scraping coating, and spraying coating.
• Customizable opening time. Sufficient assembling time can be provided, and the requirements on the specific application tempo can be satisfied at the same time.
• Rapid curing.
• After curing, the tough adhesive layer can provide excellent bonding strength and high impact resistance.
• They are suitable for bonding of different substrates, including metal, ceramic, plastic, cables, and even non-woven fabrics.

One-Component Liquid Polyurethane Moisture Curing Material
Bestry’s one-component liquid polyurethane material includes the one-component moisture-curable sealing material and bonding material, and is specially designed for industrial assembly, sealing, mobile equipment assembly, and waterproofing. Bestry's products are featured with a series of performance features, including rapid curing, impact resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance and high temperature resistance. Therefore, they are suitable for various application fields, such as durable goods assembling, vehicle windscreen sealing, electronic equipment assembling, and electronic equipment waterproofing and sealing.
• Use one component. In this way, you can adjust the viscosity thixotropy for the automatic dispensing system, roller coating, scraping coating, and spraying coating.
• Customize the window time. It can provide sufficient assembling time, and meanwhile, the requirements on the tempo of specific application can be satisfied.
• After the product is cured, fewer bubbles or even no bubbles are found in the adhesive layer.
• After curing, the tough adhesive layer can provide excellent bonding strength and impact resistance.
• It is suitable for bonding various substrates, including wood, metal, ceramic, and plastic, with no need of treatment agent.

Two-Component Polyurethane Material
One of the components is a prepolymer with the end group containing NCO or polyisocyanate monomer, and the other component is a curing agent (e.g. an amine compound) or hydroxyl compound, or both. Bestry’s two-component polyurethane material is adjustable in curing speed and performance for each typical application. This material is designed for meeting the requirements, such as the low dielectric constant, high bonding strength, and mechanical impact resistance, and can be widely applied to bonding, sealing, coating and other processes.
